A new Institute – vertical axis wind turbines

Anew Institute, a company with over 10 years of experience in the design, implementation and assembly of vertical axis wind turbines, offers small wind turbines with a capacity of 17 kW and 30 kW. The company bases its product development on its own patent (a solution reserved in Poland, Europe and all regions of the world).

Advantages of the ANew vertical axis power plant:

no impact of wind direction variability on the operation and efficiency of the power plant,
very quiet operation (noise emission below 40 dB),
generates more electricity than horizontal axis power plants,
possibility of locating near buildings and in urban areas
The company is currently focusing on larger-capacity power plants. The 200 kW ANew-M1 power plant is in the testing phase.

As part of the Dermonstrator+ program financed by the National Center for Research and Development, Anew Institute, in cooperation with Stalprodukt SA and the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków, is implementing the project:

"Innovative wind turbine with a vertical axis of rotation, with a capacity of 1.5 MW, equipped with a converter system enabling high efficiency of wind energy conversion into electrical energy at low wind speeds."

The project will be completed in the fourth quarter of 2017 with the implementation of a prototype installation and conducting basic tests and research. https://spcleantech.pl/elektrownie-wiatrowe/
