Brian Potter hopes that it's third time lucky after his first club flooded and his second burned down. It's the opening day of his new club, the Phoenix and, with `TV's own Roy Walker' opening the club that night, Brian wants everything to be perfect. However, a power cut that leaves the club in the dark, the theft of the bingo machine, a Nazi fruit machine, and a racist folk band soon ruin everything.
