Getting ready for an intense core circuit workout! 💪🏋️‍♀️ Join me as I take you through my routine, where I'll be doing 30 seconds of each exercise with no breaks in between. 🏃‍♀️🔥 This circuit consists of crunches, bicycles, opposite arm to leg raises, and mountain climbers. 🏔️🚴‍♀️🏋️‍♂️ After completing one circuit, I'll take a 1-minute rest before repeating it three times.
