Cred: @ Mia Green - you tube Introducing my new favorite exercise for the quads - the pendulum squat! 💪 It's incredibly effective and I often make it the star of my quad workouts. Today, I decided to challenge myself and incorporate both the pendulum squat and barbell squats. With this exercise, I love pushing myself to work until failure. The machine provides great support, making it less intimidating to push your limits. Unlike barbell squats, where having a spotter is crucial, the pendulum squat allows me to safely go all out. 🔥 Who else loves this exercise?
