I. The Destruction of Earth During the Tribulation - Matthew 24:22
* A. No flesh speaks to more than just human depopulation
* 1. The Tribulation will involve a near extinction level event of all life on planet earth
* 2. Only God’s mercy on the elect will stop the destruction
* B. It will be only by Divine intervention that Satan is prevented from accomplishing his goal of killing everything on the planet
* 1. The first three of seven trumpets - Revelation 8:6-11
* 2. The drought on all the earth - Revelation 11:3, 6
* a. The bowls of wrath bring destruction of all the oceans and all fresh water Revelation 16:3-4
* b. The of judgment will come when Jesus destroys those who destroy the earth - Revelation 11:18

II. The Restoration of a Ruined Planet
* A. The Second Advent of Jesus Christ - Zechariah 14:3-5
* 1. Jesus will touch down from the exact spot He ascended to heaven 40 days after His resurrection - Acts 1:9-12
* 2. Mount of Olives split in two forming a valley
* a. The valley will be an escape route
* b. The new river flowing in that valley - Zechariah 14:8
* 3. Drought will be upon nations that refuse to worship King Jesus - Zechariah 14:16-19
* B. The healing of the waters will come from the Throne of our Lord Jesus Christ - Ezekiel 47:1-10
* 1. The healing of the whole world will begin from those healing waters issuing from Jesus Christ
* 2. Jesus is the Living Water - John 4:10, 13-14
