Condoleezza Rice is back! One of the worst and most hawkish neocons of the early 2000s just wrote a long article in Foreign Affairs, the ideological mother-ship of these creatures from hell. This is noteworthy for two reasons: A) The timing and the subtext in light of the upcoming US presidential elections and B) for the unapologetic neocon worldview that these people still tout out even after decades of their failed but blood-stained foreign policies.
