The commercial aired during the final break of Thursday’s episode of The View. According to reports, it was made by presidential candidate Randall Terry. The ad starts with Miley Cyrus licking a cake with “abortion is healthcare” next to an image of Whoopi Goldberg. It also shows The View’s six co-hosts along with media figures like Jake Tapper, Dana Bash, Taylor Swift, and Oprah Winfrey. After the ad, ABC issued a warning: “The preceding was a paid political advertisement that the ABC Television Network was required to carry under federal law. The advertisement contained scenes that may be disturbing to viewers.”
