My journey from a life of alcoholism to 17 months sober has been a roller coaster. Implementing all the tools I've learned and my experiences have guided me in my recovery. Without a diagnosis of mental health issues I would have never made it to where I am, and I have a ton of work to do. Keep your mental health in check, it may be your saving grace.
