Weather modification is the act of intentionally manipulating or altering the weather. The most common form of weather modification is cloud seeding, which increases rain or snow, usually for the purpose of increasing the local water supply.

Weather modification can also have the goal of preventing damaging weather, such as hail or hurricanes, from occurring; or of provoking damaging weather against the enemy, as a tactic of military or economic warfare like Operation Popeye, where clouds were seeded to prolong the monsoon in Vietnam.

Weather modification in warfare has been banned by the United Nations under the Environmental Modification Convention.

Eric J. Hecker is known as a whistleblower who has made claims regarding alleged unethical practices and mismanagement at government facilities, particularly related to the Los Alamos National Laboratory in New Mexico.

He has spoken out about issues like safety concerns, environmental hazards, and the treatment of workers. His statements have drawn attention to broader concerns regarding transparency and accountability in government-funded research and development.

In November of 2010, Eric J. Hecker was selected to be part of the United States Antarctic Program. He spent an entire year at the South Pole Station where he learned things were not as was being presented to the world. That is precisely why he is speaking out.

Eric has been seen on the T.V. series the Alaska Triangle, Redacted with Clayton Morris, The Shawn Ryan Show as well as many other podcasts for years now. He was also part of Dr. Steven Greer’s Disclosure 2.0 event in Washington D.C.

Eric is one of the few whistleblowers that was asked to give testimony for both the Senate Intelligence Committee and AARO. His shared testimony will be getting entered into the National Archives.
