Kids' Party Paradise: What to Expect
Performance Athletics Gymnastics Kids’ Party Paradise is AWESOME! Here’s what to expect:
Confirming Details: For Clients with complete reservations, a Details email will be sent the Friday before the Event with tips for what to bring and what to wear.
Tell us: Please be proactive in communicating your needs ahead of time. If your child has allergies, dietary restrictions, or other special needs it’s helpful for us to know before your arrival. Special requests are subject to availability, so the sooner we know the better we can accommodate you.
Guest arrival: Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before your scheduled start time. All guests must check in at the Office before they go play. We start promptly, but late arrivals are welcome. Once your child is checked in, you can go enjoy your evening!
Getting Ready: Before we start, kids will wash their hands and make sure their attire is ready for action! Kids should wear movement-friendly clothes with no buttons, snaps, or zippers. Please, no bare midriffs. Kids will be barefoot in the gym. Pajamas, blankets, pillows, & stuffies are welcome! Please leave any entertainment devices at home, and remember to bring a water bottle.
1st activity (Games): We start by getting the wiggles out with themed games. This gives us a chance to get to know the kids, and lets late-comers join the group without missing any big gym fun!
2nd activity (Stretch & Safety): Doing an easy stretch helps make sure our bodies are ready for full use during the evening. We always talk about how to be safe before letting your child play. Simple things like taking turns, watching out for friends, and where to wait for your turn can keep kids cruising instead of bruising. We know they're excited, so coaches are always there to help things run safely & smoothly.
3rd activity (Big Gym Play): This is the highlight of the night! Open playtime on our floor, Tumbl Trak, trampolines, resi-pit, and loose foam pit. Our coaches supervise for safety, and cheer the kids on as they bounce, scramble, crawl, and balance with mats, tunnels, springboards, and more. (To maximize safety, we do not use bars, beams, or vault for this event).
4th activity (Refreshments): Bouncing on a full stomach can be uncomfortable, so refreshments are served after big gym time. We’ll have pizza and a fun, themed dessert craft set up in our lobby, ready for our hungry guests. Participants are welcome to bring their own food or drink if desired. Due to common allergies, we ask that refreshments be nut-free.
5th Activity (Movie):
Nothing beats a PA movie experience. Lounge on mats with your stuffies, or cuddle up with friends on our padded spring floor while a family-friendly movie is projected on our big wall. We even have a big speaker for great sound!
Pick up: You can pick up your child at any time before the Event ends. Just sign them out, be sure to collect all your belongings, and enjoy the rest of your night!
If you have further questions, please feel free to ask.
