I’m a full-time medical student, a national-level powerlifter, a content creator, and someone who's constantly working on self-improvement. People always ask me, “How do you manage to juggle everything and still find time for yourself?” Well, I’m here to share the truth — and it’s not what you might expect.

The answer lies in a technique called Time-Boxing.
It’s a productivity hack that’s helped me structure my day more efficiently, avoid burnout, and still focus on the things that truly matter. Whether it’s hitting my fitness goals, studying for medical exams, or working on my content creation, Time-Boxing has become my go-to strategy for balancing all aspects of my life.
