Black voters unconvinced Kamala Harris can bring real change — Polls

Although Black voters overwhelmingly said they approve of Kamala Harris, only about half think she will change the US for the better, according to a poll conducted by AP-NORC Center for Public Affairs Research.

One Black voter said she felt that Harris would be limited as it was “with (Barack) Obama because the Republican Party shut him down.”

Only one in 10 Black voters said they believed Donald Trump would “fight for people like them,” while six in 10 said Harris would handle the economy better than Trump.
