"Vote NO on Prop 1" with Sarah Hanganu of NY Moms for Liberty (20 min.)

If passed, NY Proposition One will allow minors to access irreversible medical treatments, including gender transition drugs and surgeries, without parental consent. It will prevent schools from informing parents if their child is considering or undergoing a gender transition. It will prohibit organizations and educational institutions from excluding males from participating in female sports. It will permit biological males to enter female restrooms, locker rooms, and other female-only spaces. It creates the potential for further legislation that would erode parental oversight and involvement in children's education and medical decisions.
