One of the biggest lessons life taught me was when I realized that peace wasn’t something I could chase down or force into being.

So, I began by making small, intentional changes to my daily routine.

I started waking up earlier and using the first part of my day to be still and quiet – lighting a candle, meditating, letting my thoughts drift without judgment...

No, I wasn’t some kind of meditation guru or perfect at it. But what was really important was taking a moment to connect with myself and quiet the noise.

And believe me — these small actions began to shift everything. I wasn’t chasing peace anymore. I was creating it.
