Emotions may be more abundant and intense this week. We are invited to observe ourselves and what we feel from the understanding that feelings indicate whether we are in alignment with our intentions or not. It may be time to either revisit or establish a clear intention for how we want our experience to be.

When we feel uncomfortable/out of sorts, we are not in alignment with our intention. When we feel good, we are expressing in harmony with our intention.

We all have layers of story and emotional baggage to work through. Fueled by our desire to be more, and striving towards the higher iteration our heart holds for us is our human privilege and responsibilty. It isn't a contest, and we never get it done, but allowing ourselves the journey with compassion for self and others is where it is at.
