The Mine Wars: The Battle of Blair Mountain Corporate Mine Owners vs Miners

History has forgotten about the coal miners' bitter battle for dignity at the dawn of the 20th century with The Mine Wars. The struggle over the material that fueled America led to the largest armed insurrection since the Civil War and turned parts of West Virginia into a bloody war zone. The state of Virginia mines were corporate captured by elite robber barons Rockefeller JP Morgan of the early 1900's The fight for their freedoms was as intense as the civil war. This is very reminiscent of how the U.S. federal government is corporate captured today in 2024 and why the federal government is beholden to their corporate masters instead of the american people.
