INGREDIENTS
4 tbsp oat flour (oats blended in the food processor into powdery flour)
1/4 tsp stevia sweetener (or 1 tbsp honey)
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp ginger powder
Pinch of salt
1 tosp coconut oil
2 tosp water (do not add more water or else the texture will be dense and rubbery)
2 tbsp grated carrot
1 tosp chopped dates (optional)
1 tbsp chopped walnuts
