In this episode of the Medicine Girl Podcast, Robin Stebbins interviews Jim Stephenson Jr. once again to shed new light on the Vitamin D3 scam. Captain Obvious wants you to know that you can't take sunlight and the 36 different reactions from the sunlight on your body and convert them into a conveniently sized, easy-to-swallow pill. Moreover, the pill, which kills small mammals—and you if you take too much—is not going to make you healthy. If you feel better when you take them, then you are likely addicted to the adrenaline released from the steroid hormone and not any health benefits.

Yes, it is still considered rat poison, yes, it is stored in fat cells, and yes, it will harm your body if taken over long periods of time, just like any other toxin. But the story gets even more interesting with other vitamins such as Vitamin A, Vitamin K, and statin drugs. They act in very similar ways to reduce cholesterol in the body, which is directly linked to dementia, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, MS, Guillain-Barré syndrome, and other neurological disorders. Yes, poison causes them, not bad genetics. These drugs, and yes, the vitamins, are made in EXACTLY the same way as pharmaceuticals, demyelinate the nervous system, and brain cells, basically stripping the insulation off your electrical system. So if you strip the plastic off your Romex wires, tell me how well your lights work when you turn them on. Joe Biden is a good example of someone with a demyelinated brain.
