Hungarian FM says Ukraine war could have been prevented, Western leaders to blame

In an interview with Hungarian newspaper Mandiner, the Hungarian foreign minister claims he has personally seen the peace treaty missing only the signatures of Russian and Ukraine representatives. That treaty was nixed due to pressure from the West.
