‘Lieutenant Dan’ survives Hurricane Milton on sailboat

A man in Tampa, Florida has gone viral for riding out Hurricane Milton in his 20ft sailboat. 54-yr-old Joseph Malinowski, known as ‘Lieutenant Dan,’ refused all calls to evacuate. Incredibly, he survived, even claiming the storm wasn’t as bad as he’d been expecting.
