For spring rolls:
20 spring roll wrappers
500g ground beef
1 medium onion, minced
3 cloves garlic, minced
Salt & pepper
1 medium carrot, minced
1 medium potato, minced
1/2 cup parsley, minced
2 Tbsp flour
1/4 cup water
Oil for frying
