SCOTUS Highlights: Oral Arguments ATF Ghost Gun Ban or Frame and Receiver Rule

Oral arguments were recently heard in front of the Supreme Court of the United States in Garland v Van Der Sok in regards to the ATF's new frame and receiver rule which effectively banned ghost guns - specifically polymer 80 kits and 80% receivers.

There was the usual legal nonsense where we learned cap guns expel bird shot, pants are not shorts, and a box of ingredients with a sticker on it is an omelet. All this and more as the government argues that it can reinterpret long-standing statutes in new ways to trample your Second Amendment rights.
