10 Min "Get Going" Workout #3: Swing, Twist, Plank

Hello Team! Welcome to our third"Get Going" style workout. Like all our videos it's 10 minutes long and this one focuses on burning fat and building endurance.

We have 3 rounds of Swings, Twists, and Planks each getting more challenging as it progresses. There is 45 seconds of active recovery between rounds and a 45 second cardio finisher! We have modifications for each exercise and if a rounds exercise is too challenging go back to the previous version.

All you need is a mat and 1 dumbbell (3-10 lbs).
