Gerber Dibs Unboxing - Skeletonized Fixed Blade with D2 Steel, PVD Coating & Leather Sheath

The Gerber Dibs is a pretty good-looking, yet surprisingly affordable fixed blade that comes with an EDC-friendly reverse Tanto blade shape and a razor-sharp factory edge.

On top of all this Gerber ships this knife with a skeletonized full-tang construction which is surprisingly well-balanced. And despite being just a piece of metal the grip fills my hand nicely. So I’d like to tap Gerber on their shoulders because, in my humble opinion, there is a lot to like here. And probably the coolest thing about the Dibs is the incredibly durable PVD finish that is simply unprecedented at this price point.

So this knife comes for 30 bucks in this brown Gerber box alongside this ugly-ass leather sheath. Sure - we all know that I’m a Kydex / Ulticlip supremacist when it comes to my fixed blades. But in between each other, this messed-up holster is my one and only reason why I won’t call Dibs on this knife.
