22nd March 20018 supervised contact session between Ayrton, Gabrielle & daddy in a contact centre

This supervised contact session recording starts with Ayrton being upset. Turns out he hadn't managed to finish eating at school, which left him frustrated. Daddy diffuse the situation with offering Ayrton a wider choice of afternoon snacks by making his own available to them. It seems to work as Ayrton quickly cheers up from that.

During snacking, Ayrton makes a reference to seeing daddy everyday, to which daddy expresses he wishes for it too, followed by Gabrielle. Yet another indication that they both want daddy in their life on a regular basis, just like they had done at last published video call.

Ayrton also tells daddy about another kid pushing him at school leaving red marks on him. Daddy has a look & reassures him it's not a big deal, & that Ayrton is tough. The goal here was to shift his focus away from how much in pain he was/is, to overcoming the pain.

Amongst topics discussed during snacking, daddy tries to steer Ayrton away from violent play & into sports, using football as an example, as it is a common sport played amongst students at school. Ayrton says that no 1 wants to play with him because he doesn't know how to play football properly, but daddy then reassures that he can teach him, which could in turn result in others picking Ayrton for their team or matches. Daddy explains that it is natural for most to pick the better players for their team, considering that the goal is to win, asking Ayrton which he would have picked for his team. This is when he surprises & impresses daddy, by saying that he would pick the not so good players in order for them to have a chance at playing too, which is rather sweet & empathetic of Ayrton.

They eventually finish snacking, despite Ayrton taking longer than anticipated, this was likely because he was enjoying the conversations they were having. They afterwards play a table top game called buckaroo, which consists on stacking a saddle with a range of related items without triggering the mule to jump up & throw them off it. They can be heard enjoying this game, with laughter & messing around with each other, potentially the period during this contact session in which they have the most laughter.

At a certain point, daddy had to take Ayrton to the toilet & Gabrielle is left in the room on her own, but this didn't phase her & she can be heard role-playing by herself quite well. In fact, she is that comfortable that she starts singing on her own to "Treat you better" by Shawn Mendes, this is the first time daddy watched this, it's so adorable 😍😍😍

Can't recall if it has been mentioned before, but daddy was never allowed to be left alone with either Ayrton or Gabrielle. There was no rational justification for this, & it was just a way for North East Lincolnshire children's services to ensure they controlled the narrative with all of them, by monitoring & controlling what either of them said to each other, even telling Ayrton & Gabrielle that issues at home with mommy weren't to be disclosed to daddy, or the impact those issues were having on them, & that it should only be disclosed to the social workers instead. Additionally, that took opportunities away from daddy to provide them with guidance, support & comfort, as well as ensuring daddy didn't gather anymore evidence that would've questioned their recommendation of mommy to be their primary carer. This became very clear at the supervised contact session on the 4th of October 2017, when social worker Davies tried to pressure daddy into not addressing trauma previously inflicted at mommy's that had remained unaddressed for over a year.

This hidden recording ends with Ayrton searching for a toy horse, & daddy pointing out if he's getting warmer or colder (closer or further away) to its location.

This contact session raises no concerns & further reassures daddy's ability to meet their needs, as well as having a rather good chemistry with them.
