Oakland Dept. of Public Works destroyed my home

Audio recording of October 3, 2024 Oakland City Council meeting in which Theo Cedar Jones denounces Harold Duffey, the head of Oakland Public Works, for destroying his tiny home at the Wood Street Commons in April 2023 (includes video footage of City workers caught in the act.) Theo convenes a "people's court" at the City Council meeting, and calls for a vote to nullify the City's encampment management policy, which passes by a voice vote
