Molecular communication of the cells of all life on the planet are being manipulated on purpose with precision medicine. Precision medicine is the popular term used by semiconductor engineers and communication academics of the IEEE to augment humans, wildlife, pets, and plants. Self Amplifying RNA (saRNA) will not need to enter the cells like Modified (mRNA) to self-replicate the nano semiconductors to change the cellular communication of the body's mitochondria. This will be aerosolized as output through the skin and will spread worldwide.
