OUR NOTE: Having worked with SQL Server for 20+ years, this is way more than legitimate. SQL maintains a database that keeps data in multiple tables (similar to files in a computer but are called tables in SQL). The tables use index numbers instead of names for the sake of keeping the speed of the database as quick as possible as well as the energy demands as minimal as possible. The tables are minimized to focus on a segment of the total data (like candidate names, county, etc). The index number is used to tie multiple tables together. In the video, changing the index number changes the name associated with the candidate but not the data (vote counts) - hence, how easy it is to change everything. As the real-time numbers changed slowly, someone either was sitting with the SQL open and making changes slowly using other index numbers or there was an algorithm planted into the SQL Server to do the same thing automatically.

The fact this was squelched in Tina Peters' (and many other's) trial speaks volumes as to the corruption of the judge in this case - he had to have known EXACTLY what to keep from being entered into the court...
