No Constitution In Administrative Courts

The Constitution does not exist in statutory administrative courts.

You are dim as they come to argue this point when it's as clear as sunshine that the general public lacks the knowledge about how courts work.

Ask yourself...
From where does one man have authority over another?

CONSENT.

Members of the BAR are AGENTS OF THE STATE.

They pass a state test for permission to operate in their system.

They get a LICENSE from the state.

They have martinis at the bar together at the end of the day.

I could show you cases all day long where:
1. Arrests happen all day long without a warrant, complaint, or police officer witnessing the alleged crime.

2. Warrants are issued without being signed by the living wo/man who was the alleged victim.

3. Police officers, deputies, court clerks, all sign warrants under penalty of perjury that THE STORY THEY WERE TOLD, is the story on the paper.

THEY DIDN'T WITNESS IT.

4. The public has no idea how the lawful process works.

The public has no idea how to identify a lawful warrant or even a complaint.

The public has no idea what to do when policy officers show up to arrest you without a warrant.

5. People consent due to ignorance and fear.

We've let these private agencies get away with this far too long.

When we all stand they fall.

The public is too afraid to stand for their rights.

You are expecting the public entities to give them to you, respect them, and follow the rules.

They are following THEIR RULES!
THEY GOT YOUR CONSENT!
