Court documents say that Estefania Primera drugged a victim before she was gang raped by a group of men while unconscious. Primera operated the ring out of the Gateway Hotel in El Paso. A victim says she was drugged multiple times by Primera and woke up to men raping her. She suffered horrific injuries. She tried escaping but was dragged back to the hotel. The Tren de Aragua gang runs forced prostitution rings out of eight states including California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Nevada, New Jersey, New York and Texas.
