Ubisoft Going Private? HUGE Chinese Buyout to Save WOKE Studio?

Ubisoft has seen its stock price collapse over the past few years. Their decade of poor decisions have finally caught up with them and the investors are getting upset. It is reported that the Guillemot Family and Chinese Mega Company Tencent are looking to take the company private once again.

Tencent can be super based. They backed Black Myth: Wukong and have a hand in other non-political successes like Epic Games and Fortnite. But this is a stop gap and ultimately buys Ubisoft a little more time before IP's have to be sold off to keep things afloat and the doors open.

Ubisoft is doomed and going private is simply a life raft with a hole in the hull.
