Listening With EHR: Robert Jon & The Wrecks at the Exit/In Nashville TN (GREAT Southern Rock band)

First off, I made this video to help get the name out on this great band, so they get the attention they are working so hard to get and others get to discover them. The music is theirs and it is great. We went to the American Music fest they held at the Exit/IN in Nashville, TN expecting to see Reverend Payton & His Big Damn Band, but they canceled out of the event and the event coordinators replaced that act with Robert Jon & The Wrecks. Man were we in for a rocking' show! This Southern Rock band is out of California and on the rise to stardom. This was our first time seeing them, or even hearing of them. We really lucked out seeing them play at the Exit/In. It is a rather small venue with a great history for being a launch pad for bands like the Black Keys, The Black Crows, and The Red Hot Chili Peppers. Johnny Cash and many others played there as well. Steve Martin played his banjo there as part of his standup act and then took all the audience across the street for ice cream back when he was on SNL. Rob Jon & The Wrecks have the right sound and style for good ol' southern rock. They reminded us of Skynard and Molly Hatchet. Hope you like the video.
