Mexico unveils new security strategy as slain mayor mourned

The mayor of Chilpancingo, the capital of Mexico's violence-plagued state of Guerrero, traveled alone to an out-of-town meeting before he was killed, Mexico's security minister said on Tuesday (October 8) about a murder which has shocked the country. The details came the same day that Mexico's government unveiled a plan to combat violence and crime. Angela Johnston has more.
