Trying out the Metaphor Re Fantazio demo

Well, all I CAN say here is that those that have played previous JRPG games from Atlus will immediately find themselves right at home with familiar elements re-used from the other Atlus games under a new coat of paint and name... which can be a either a good thing or a bad thing...

The women that I have seen in the game so far has been FLAT AF though...

Personally, I sense NOTHING BUT DREAD with what the game is centered around, political intrigue against a shadow tyrant. The "localizers" will NEVER be able to resist the temptation to insert their personal ideologies in this game...

Luckily, I did not see any of that condescending dialogue the localizers made that fairy say, Atlus either fixed it when I played this or it might happen later in the full game.

Yeah, I can only make a recording up until THAT POINT. My hard drive ran out of room to record further. The demo consists of around five days of the countdown of the Prince's curse.

I find the Prince's feminine appearance misleading to be honest, his looks when he was young can easily make him look like a girl if he didn't talk.

Also, DEI as a HEALING SPELL?! REALLY?!

Look, if you have no issue with what you have seen in my playthrough of this demo, good for you, feel free to like what you like, but I can't help feeling a sense of DREAD in regards to the ENGLISH localizations. As always, the English text BARELY MATCH with what I can hear from the Japanese audio.

I think Japanese players are safe on that regard, it's the English version that I'm worried about.

The English text is probably re-used from the English Audio version of the game anyway...
