Free Speech and the Evil that can come with it - what do we do?

Sharing info about how a 1984 law protecting free speech has put a halt to an in school Bible Study in rural America. Of course Free Speech is what makes our country great but what can we do to be able to speak better info and ideas into the culture of our country?
