Donald Trump seems poised to win the 2024 presidential race and is undoubtedly the most recognizable and impactful American to stand in the political arena in over 60 years. But he invokes strong and radical reactions across the spectrum, from one extreme to the other, pure love to the greatest level of hatred not seen in this country for over 150 years, prompting at least two assassination attempts. It is this environment, one in which our own government works more for foreign countries and illegal aliens than our own citizens, as evidenced with the inadequate response to help our fellow citizens dying and starving in the mountains of western North Carolina right now, that President Trump finds himself in. What do his actions need to be in the first 100 days of his administration? Today we’ll have two guests, First is Dinesh D’Souza and the second is a spokesman for the United Cajun Navy operating in western North Carolina, Brian Trasher. DINESH D'SOUZA has had a prominent career as a writer, scholar, public intellectual, and filmmaker. Born in India, D’Souza came to the U.S. as an exchange student at the age of seventeen and graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Dartmouth College. The author of many bestselling books including America, The Big Lie, Death of a Nation, and United States of Socialism, he is also the creator of three of the top ten highest-grossing political documentaries ever made including the movie and book we’re discussing today, Vindicating Trump: What Trump Should Do in His First 100 Days.
