Estefania Primera, also known as 'La Barbie,' is a Venezuelan illegal accused of drugging at least one victim and allowing multiple men to r-ape her while she was unconscious

Primera was arrested in El Paso, Texas, on September 27, after being seen with her five children

Authorities say she used her children to transport and sell drugs

"La Barbie" allegedly operated from the Gateway Hotel, which was recently closed due to criminal activity

A victim said that Estefania Primera drugged her multple times with fentanyl pills and woke up to multiple men r-ping her

The victim suffered severe injuries and alleged that Primera physically assaulted her when she tried to escape
