Red Deer Council 2013 Motion for Ward Plebiscite

In 2013 the city council for Red Deer, AB introduced a notice of motion to include a plebiscite on the ballot for the next election asking residents if they support a ward system, this motion was defeated. A resolution was also debated on to include provide a poll on support for a ward system that was also defeated.
