The image for this t-shirt was drawn in December 2014, for a special Death Metal compilation and t-shirt released in January 2015. It was the brainchild of a community called "Bulgarian Death Metal Fans".
These t-shirts were often given as gifts to famous death, thrash and black metal musicians at concerts, by people representing the Bulgarian Death Metal community. Such as:
