Norwood Field Hockey gets win at Pink Out game over Medway

On October 2nd 2024, Norwood Field Hockey improved to 9 and 1 with a 3 to 0 win over the Medway Mustangs at their annual Pink Out game. Norwood also celebrated field hockey youth night and rocked pink uniforms for cancer awareness in support of breast cancer awareness month.

Shea Larkee (SR) contributed all 3 assists finding Bridget Connelly (SR) and Emily Spadorcia (SR) for a pair of goals in the 1st quarter. Larkee would find Spadorcia once again in the 3rd quarter for the final goal of the game as Norwood took the 3-0 win.

Norwood Goaltender Ava O' Neil collected her 4th shutout win of the season. Joe Pinola and Joey O' Connor who had the call of the game on Norwood Community Media caught up with the goaltender after the game.
