State of emergency declared after Crimea oil depot fire

An oil depot caught fire in Feodosia, Russian Republic of Crimea. The blaze, which occurred early this morning, was tackled by emergency crews, and there were no reported injuries or casualties. Traffic has been closed on two streets in Feodosia as a result of the incident.
