Paramount has released a poster and trailer for writer-director Paul Tamasy’s upcoming thriller Depravity.

Taylor John Smith, Victoria Justice, and Devon Ross star as residents of an apartment building come to suspect that their neighbour is responsible for the disappearance of five women, but after accidently killing him during a confrontation they discover they have murdered an innocent man and find themselves caught up in a sadistic game of survival.

Also featuring in the cast alongside Taylor John Smith, Victoria Justice, Devon Ross are Alex Roe, Adam Lazarre-White, Sasha Luss and Dermot Mulroney. Watch the trailer below…

The trailer for Depravity, starring Victoria Justice, Devon Ross, Taylor John Smith, Sasha Luss and Dermot Mulroney in lead roles, was released recently. The crime mystery thriller is written and directed by Paul Tamasy.

The trailer shows three residents who break into the house of a fellow resident in their apartment suspecting him to be a serial killer. On finding a hidden fortune of stolen art, they get entrapped in a game of survival.

The official synopsis of Depravity reads, "When three residents suspect their reclusive neighbor is a serial killer, they break into his apartment only to uncover a hidden fortune in stolen art. But their discovery turns into a nightmare as they’re ensnared in a sadistic game of survival, where every corner hides a new horror. Outsmart the killer, or become his next victim."

Tamasy has previously written The Fighter and The Finest Hours. Alex Roe and Adam Lazarre-White also star in prominent roles in the film. Produced by Baang Rig Studios and BondIt Media Capital and distributed by Paramount Global Content Distribution, Depravity is scheduled for release on October 15.
Paramount Pictures has released the trailer for Depravity, its newest crime thriller starring Victoria Justice. Depravity will be available to rent or own on digital platforms starting on Tuesday, October 15.

Paramount Home Entertainment will release the horror thriller Depravity, with Victoria Justice, on Oct. 15 for digital purchase only through digital retailers such as Fandango at Home and Prime Video.

In December 2023, it was revealed that a crime mystery thriller film titled Depravity had completed principal photography in Thailand at Baang Rig Studios, with Paul Tamasy writing and directing the film. Victoria Justice, Devon Ross, Taylor John Smith, Sasha Luss and Dermot Mulroney rounded out the main cast.[2] In May 2024, Justice revealed that she had to film her very first sex scene on the first day of filming, which made her uncomfortable.[3]

Paramount Global Content Distribution has acquired worldwide rights to movie Depravity (previously known as Sic), the directorial debut of The Fighter and The Finest Hours screenwriter Paul Tamasy who also wrote the script.

The thriller stars actress and singer Victoria Justice (The Tutor), model and actress Devon Ross (Irma Vep), Taylor John Smith (Where The Crawdads Sing), Sasha Luss (Anna) and Dermot Mulroney (Hanna).

Pic follows three residents of an old apartment building who suspect their creepy neighbor is a serial killer and after acting on their suspicions, stumble upon an art heist worth millions.

Sejin Croninger negotiated the deal on behalf of Paramount Global Content Distribution with producers Clayton and Gertner.

The project was shot at Baang Rig Studios in Thailand, with the Southeast Asian country standing in for the U.S. We’re told backing comes from Thai sources and a U.S. company which wasn’t disclosed.

Tamasy previously worked with his producing partner Aufiero on The Fighter, Patriots Day, and the The Finest Hours.
