TWO TIER LEGAL SYSTEM IN SOUTH AUSTRALIA

This is an update to my previous video. I missed a part, it is not entirely my fault, the so called journalist was attempting to obfuscate the importance of new facts.

I know motorists have a duty to attempt to avoid people on the road, but pedestrians also have have a duty to minimise time on the road. To the best of my knowledge obstructing traffic is still a crime in South Australia.

It appears that we have separate road rules for the oligarchy and we ordinary people. I will be interested to see when the sentence is handed down if we also have separate penalties.
