Avery Co. family lost everything but their dogs to Helene and the river

Bob Tatum lived for 46 years along the Toe River river in Minneapolis, N.C. before floodwaters from Hurricane Helene washed his entire house downriver and drowned both of his horses. His wife and two dogs are all that's left.
