Episode 09/26/24; Steve Taylor’s Last Days News – The United Nations Pact for the Future Has Been Adopted! What Does This Mean to the World?

In today’s episode, Dr. Steve Taylor and guests focus on the United Nations’ Pact for the Future, a 61-page agreement adopted by a consensus of the member nations on September 22, 2024. The motion was approved by a recorded vote of 143 nations in favor of, 7 member nations against (you’ll never believe which 7 nations), and 15 abstentions.

While touted by world leaders as a landmark declaration pledging concrete actions towards a safer, more peaceful, sustainable and inclusive world for tomorrow’s generations, others see the agreement as a means to facilitate the evolution of the United Nations from an international cooperative body to an international governing body – a significant shift in the UN’s role and authority.

Additionally, some religious observers have drawn parallels between the Pact for the Future and various biblical prophecies. In particular, some see the United Nations pact as potentially fulfilling the prophecy of the Covenant With Many; Daniel 9:27, viewing it as the possible trigger heralding the beginning of a prophesied seven-year period, and potentially related to the opening of the first seal which mentions a rider on a white horse going out to conquer; Revelation 6:1-2.
