All Carter & The 90’s Nation

Our listener friend Amanda requested me to look into Ally Carter, who is a survivor of sex trafficking, MK-ULTRA, Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID), Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Satanic Ritual Abuse (SRA), Police brutality, Child Protective Services Corruption and Crimes Against Humanity. She is courageously speaking her truth in hopes to keep her promise and go back for her friends, as well as all other individuals left in the shadows. Ally went viral November 11, 2020 after her breakdown on Instagram where she confessed to being a victim of many elite predators. This is known as the infamous "bonnet video." It took her a long time to have the courage to speak out. Since that day, Ally and her mom Shelly, were forced to leave their home, farm animals, and leave everything behind. From state to state they have documented their reality.

Ally teamed up with Shelly Carter to form 90’s Nation. Shelly is the inspiring mother of Ally Carter. Raising and guiding so many individuals back to Jesus Christ she has had children in and out of her care since she was 20 years old. Shelly adopted Ally as an adult in 2014, but has known and fought for Ally since she was 14. Although she feels like fighting for her daughters life and bringing her out of sex slavery is what ANY mother would do ... it is not. Allys "biological" mother couldn't do a crumb of what this woman has done to pick up and have patience with every one of Ally’s broken parts. This mothers relentless and unshakable love is unreal and the best example of what a REAL mother looks like. It is known that Shelly is able to have children of her own, but since her 20s she has chosen to tend to those already here and be the strong individual God has called her to be. This woman has given the shoes off her feet to homeless individual and she stares evil in the face unflinchingly. We all appreciate a mama bear! Learn more about her faith, her journey, and her wisdom here. “She openeth her mouth with wisdom; and in her tongue is the law of kindness. She looketh well to the ways of her household, and eateth not the bread of idleness.” -Proverbs 31:26-27

90’s Nation News is made up of ordinary citizens who want the TRUE information to get out about human trafficking. You can find the latest news on trafficking here, as well as important media releases from Ally. The 90’s Nation News members refer to themselves as a “hawkshaw,” which means a detective. You can be a Hawkshaw too! Let these stories inspire you to continue down the rabbit hole to research and find the truth. The children are depending on it.

Today, crimes against humanity is at an all time high. It's all around us and involves innocent children. This evil is being done on our watch. We are the ones who need to rise up, get in the streets, and put an end to the evil being waged on our children. It's past time to wait for a "knight in shining armor to save the children."
No one is coming for them.... but you. The easiest way to silence people is to make them believe the evil being done to children are single isolated incidents. They’re not. You don't live in the world you think you do. Get educated. Stand against INJUSTICE. Get outside.

Here is the bonnet video that went viral.

And here is how she escaped.

In the United States, an estimated 800,000 children are reported missing each year. It's important to note that many of these cases are resolved quickly, often due to misunderstandings or children simply running away. However, some cases involve more serious situations like abductions or other circumstances that require ongoing investigation. The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) plays a crucial role in assisting law enforcement agencies and families in these cases.

The NCMEC faces much criticism, even though academia and Gemini AI praises their work. According to NARSOL, In its release against ALI and NCMEC, they not only makes false implications, they print actual lies. They imply that stranger danger is a serious threat to children, but they lie in saying that if there were no public sex offense registry, companies that hire people to work with youth would have no way of determining if a person had a sexual crime conviction. To protect children, we must rely on facts and truth, something that NCMEC seems to have trouble understanding.

* Criticism of its handling of certain cases: In some instances, NCMEC has faced criticism for its response to specific missing children cases, particularly when there were perceived delays or shortcomings in its investigations.
* Concerns about the accuracy of its data: There have been discussions about the accuracy and completeness of NCMEC's data on missing children, as well as the potential for biases in its reporting.
* Internal challenges: NCMEC has also faced internal challenges, such as staff turnover and organizational changes.

1. Criticism of Data Accuracy and Reporting:

* Overreporting: Some critics have argued that NCMEC's data on missing children is inflated due to overreporting of cases, such as children running away or being temporarily misplaced.
* Underreporting: Others have claimed that NCMEC underreports the number of missing children, particularly those from marginalized communities.

2. Handling of Specific Cases:

* Delayed Responses: In some instances, NCMEC has been criticized for delayed responses or perceived lack of urgency in certain missing children cases.
* Misinformation: There have been allegations of NCMEC providing misinformation or misleading information to the public or law enforcement regarding specific cases.

3. Internal Issues:

* Staff Turnover: NCMEC has experienced staff turnover, which can impact its operations and effectiveness.
* Organizational Changes: The organization has undergone changes in leadership and structure over the years, which can lead to challenges and controversies.

4. Political Involvement:

* Lobbying Efforts: NCMEC has been involved in lobbying efforts for legislation related to child protection. While this is a common practice for non-profit organizations, it has sometimes led to controversy, particularly when the organization's positions have been questioned.

NCMEC is not a government agency. NCMEC is a private, registered nonprofit organization that depends on government funding as well as the generosity of individual and corporate donors. John and Revé Walsh co-founded NCMEC after the tragic abduction and murder of their son, Adam Walsh.

It seems the NCMEC helps expoitation instead of saving the kids. They make it difficult for people to hire non sex offenders as their database isn’t accurate at all if one searches a name. For example, let’s say I own a movie production company and have children on set in the movie. According to NARSOL, the information given to the employer a about potential employees for hire to protect the children is inaccurate. Many independant organizations trying to help save the children criticizes the worldwide ogranization NCMEC for not working harder to help the cause.

According to Cybernews.com These are perilous times when it comes to protecting children from online predators. In fact, the fight is so overwhelming that advocates, including some countries, are wading into dangerous waters by striving to normalize pedophilia and diminish the stigma and, ultimately, the crime itself.

One case early this year involved the St. Rochus daycare center in Kerpen, Germany, which started promoting and encouraging sexual exploration among nursery students. This agenda encompassed several other daycares in Germany.

Even Apple Inc. tried taking up the fight against child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and lost when, back in August 2021, the tech giant announced a controversial new software-driven initiative that could have revolutionized CSAM detection and prevention on iPhones before the material could be uploaded to the iCloud.

Comparing image hashes with a known CSAM database of image hashes would have empowered the company to identify the illegal material without actually having access to view a user’s Photo Album. Positive matches would have been vetted by Apple and then provided to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC). The detection software was announced to maintain privacy at its core.

Most Big Tech companies monopolize and monetize user and customer data with virtually no actionable resistance from the public until egregious privacy invasions unfold. For this reason, I find it hard to understand their reluctance to support Apple’s initiative, especially since Apple has a history of opposing governmental encroachments upon its technology. NCMEC receives more than 32 million reports on criminals a year, yet hardly are being reported by big tech.

The fact is that children are losing the war against child exploitation, and the casualties against innocence lie squarely on the conscience of the tech industry. That’s why it is up to everyday people like you and me to lobby and advocate for online child safety.

All and her mother receive constant death threats for their exposure of crimes against humanity. Due to threats against Ally and the 90s, all Awareness Marches for the children have been postponed. Please continue to raise your voice and educate those around you.
