There’s a heated debate starting up over where FEMA money is going. Relief efforts are still underway in states hit by Hurricane Helene. At least 227 people have lost their lives, and many more lost their homes and their sources of income. The relief efforts are now bringing attention to the government programs for housing and feeding illegal immigrants, and specifically to the money FEMA has spent on these programs.
