FEMA IS PLAYING A GAME OF FAFO

I found this video online somewhere yesterday, and I cannot honestly recall where. It can't be TikTok because there was NO text on the video at all, so I don't know who this police officer is, or what police department he works with.
What I CAN tell you is that this gentleman knows what's up and is not afraid to say it, even in his police uniform.

"FEMA is playing a game of FAFO because free men don't ask for permission."
(For those who don't know what "FAFO" means, the civil way to say it is, "Fool Around and Find Out".)
