This for all those who love the full aroma of the coffee bean. Coffee infused gin makes it possible.

Recipe:
45ml-1.5oz COFFEE INFUSED GIN
30ml-1oz COFFEE LIQUEUR
3 dash CHOCOLATE BITTERS
30ml-1oz HEAVY CREAM
3 chunks of BANANA

Muddle banana chunks in base of your shaker, add heavy cream and shake it lightly.

Pour gin, coffee liqueur and 3 dashes of chocolate bitters. Float with the banana cream.

Garnish with golden dark chocolate.
