On a recent observation, NASA's Solar Dynamics Observatory (SDO) captured a series of three mid-level solar flares erupting from the Sun. These flares, categorized as M-class, are moderate in intensity but still capable of causing brief radio blackouts in certain regions of the Earth. Solar flares are sudden bursts of energy caused by the tangling, crossing, or reorganizing of magnetic field lines near sunspots. SDO continues to provide critical data for understanding solar activity and its potential impacts on space weather and Earth's atmosphere
